Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• The manuscript is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration by another journal.
• The manuscript has been prepared for double-blind peer review and contains no information that identifies the author(s).
• A separate title page has been prepared with the article title, author name(s), institutional affiliation(s), ORCID iD(s), and corresponding-author contact details.
• The manuscript follows the JSAI Author Guidelines, including requirements for structure, language, citations and references, tables, figures, and word limits.
• All sources are properly cited, and DOI links or other stable identifiers have been provided where available.
• Any relevant ethical approval, informed consent, permissions, funding information, and conflict-of-interest disclosures have been provided where applicable.
• The manuscript is submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format, and all tables, figures, and other illustrative material are clear and suitable for review and publication.
• I have read and understood JSAI’s Article Processing Charge and waiver policy.
