Article Processing Charges

The Journal of South Asian Issues (JSAI) charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 100 per accepted manuscript.

The APC supports editorial and production costs, DOI assignment, online hosting, and open-access publication.

Waiver Policy

Authors who are unable to pay the APC due to financial constraints may request a waiver. Waivers are considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly for authors from low-income countries, authors without institutional funding, and student authors.

Waiver requests should be submitted at the time of submission with a brief explanation of the circumstances. A waiver request will not influence the editorial or peer-review decision.
